So i had my eye on the APX pads because if hey cost more they must be better right? Well I went to my local store and tried them on and well they seemed bulky and a bit robotic, and the employee edged me to try the 7.0 pads and I loved them! These pads in my opinion are actually better than the APX because they allow freer mobility and are a bit more comfortable. the same went for my shin pads as well. I was pleased with the service from the worker because he didn't push a big sale, he gave me good advice that helped me in my decision.

Nice pads, allow free movement
My 12 year old uses these for inline hockey & has no complaints--they allow him to move his arms freely & do not rub or scratch.
