A 2-piece white felt tongue with metatarsal guard is great for puck impact protection.The Supreme One.6 continues to surprise with a lightweight package connecting you to the ice. The moment I put these on I knew these were perfect. The toe area is wider for all the wide foot guys like myself and it an almost perfect fit in the heel. My performance with these skates increased DRASTICALLY!!!! They are built tough and can handle hard pucks (was hit by a few, didnt even notice any pain). They never let off the heel due to the tighter fit in the area. Hands down the best skates I've ever owned!
In all honesty when I was looking around for skates these were my last option. I REALLY wanted the vapors because they looked cool and was made for performance. But the fit was too narrow for my foot. I was going to just stick with the vapors until the salesmen told me about the wider toe box and it sold. BEST SKATES EVER!!!!!!!
