Bauer Nexus 1000 Shinguard
The Nexus 1000 Shin Guards feature lightweight EPP foam and a multi-segmented design that offers both top level protection and mobility. An anatomical, ribbed poly knee and shin shell, as well as an extended dome at the knee joint, only add to the level of protection. In addition, the Nexus 1000 has an anchor strap across the calf, an adjustable/removable strap system and a removable pro air mesh liner. Rounding out Bauer 3-fit offering, Nexus shin guards have a generous volume fit that caters to the player looking for more width.

I REALLY like what Bauer has done with the Nexus 1000 shin guard. I like my pads to fit tightly and usually have to get my lady to trim down and sew straps for me. But with the adjustable straps the Nexus pad includes. I get a great fit, the best fit ever right out of the box! These are very sturdy, very adjustable pads without feeling bulky or stiff. Well done Bauer.
