Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features, dry hands material, soft and free of movement, specially designed cuff, design of the palm, materials and detailed design on the glove, light weight, comfortable
Cons: oval shape design
This is my first time to use Sher-Wood items other than the wood stick and I have to say, IT IS REALLY A WELL DESIGNED GLOVE.
I will not comment on "Feel the Stick" as my actually ordered 1 size larger for the reason my hand is like between 13 and 14 inch.
There is no breaking time needed. It is just so comfortable and full of movement. My Bauer Supreme ONE90 LE glove is very good after 1 years of use and many times of practice. It is now soft and easy to move hands (open and close), but this N12 is brand new and already has the same level of "free of movement". (Soft on the N12 doest not mean the protection level, I use this word to mention how comfortable to move my fingers without feeling been restricted. This is very crucial when I have to do a lot of hand movements and change hands to hold the stick.)
The cuff part toward the body part is specially outward extended so your hand has more ergonomic movement when in a game.
I be honest, the design of this glove is poor to me as I am a picky person, but its palm is what I really want as a hockey player, so I still bought it. After several hours of using it in practicing all kinds of shootings and skating, I love this glove A LOT! The materials that are used on this glove are just so great!
It does not have open holes/heat evaporation design like the ONE90, but when I took of the glove after about 1 or 2 hours of practicing, my hands were as dry as when I was using ONE90.
