Better Than Expected
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, strength, 165 grams
Cons: availability throughout north america, maybe a cheaper warrior would be just as good?
I ordered this blade from my rink's pro shop, and just ordered another from Total Hockey. This has been one of the best blades I've used in recent memory. I wanted extremely light weight - this blade has that. I wanted good durability - this has held up to hundreds of slap shots and blocked shots now. I wanted something with terrific puck feel - THIS BLADE DELIVERS.
I'm currently using a Warrior AK27 blade on my other stick that was very nice, but this blade noticeably offers better response from puck feel - which is why I'm replacing the AK with a matching Evo. Price from my pro shop was about $65 shipped...here it was $40 shipped, so that makes me very happy.
If I see these pop back into stock in my curve, I'll probably pick up a couple more so I have another pair of backups.
