Pros: Helped improve my game, Easy to use, Features
Cons: Quality, jr. blade is defective
I cannot vouch for Intermediate or Sr. models, but there is definitely something wrong with the blade in the Jr. models. 1st Stick: Blade split along the bottom after 1-2 practices. 2nd Stick (replacement by Easton): Blade split along the bottom after about 5 practices + 2 games. 3rd Stick (replacement again by Easton): Blade is broken internally after 7 practices + 4 games.
Also, if you go to Easton's website, there is a blog entry right on their own website from a customer whose son's team had the same problem with 4 of their 6 RS Jr. sticks.
I have had contact with Easton regarding the problem, and they will not really "come clean" that there is a problem, but they also do not deny it, and they keep replacing the sticks.
In short, it should be a great stick, but "the Devil is in the details," and in this case, there is some problem with the manufacturing process, which is causing defective sticks. Do not buy this stick in Jr. until Easton clearly recognizes, acknowledges and solves the problem.
