Cons: Quality
My son plays peewee AAA and this throat guard completely shattered this weekend on a shot. Granted it was a pretty hard shot, but a piece of plastic actually cut him under his eye. I would not buy this if your child plays at any peewee level.

I got this for my son he really likes it. He has had a couple lighter shots hit it with out any problems.
