Pros: easily adjustable, decent protection, sternum protector
Cons: heavy, very stiff
Bought this and spent a pretty penny hoping for great protection. Used it about 10-15 times now, chest shots are pain free but when you take a good shot off the arm it can sting pretty bad. I dont know if it still needs breaking in (used quite a bit) but it is very immobile with the arms. I can barely touch the back of my head. It ran large (and heavy) but with a lot of adjusting i made it fit. For 250$ i guess I would buy it again..
