Great, but not as protective as I thought
Pros: Easy to use
I do love these elbow pads and the are extremely light. I have found the area above the wrist to not be as protective as other pads I have used. Playing defense I get a lot of shots off different parts of the body when blocking shots and being around the front of the net. Getting hit just above the wrist in these seemed to hurt more, and I did get some bruising than I have gotten in other pads. I still love them and will not be switching back. It is not that they are unsafe, but they do not seem to offer the same level of protection as some of the other pads. But I guess that is why they dont feel bulky.

Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
I just bought these elbow pads and tried them out for the first time today. They are fantastic! A BIG improvement from my old pads (Vapor 30's). Kind of strange at first, as there's lots of flexibility. Completely different than the typical 'lock in place and don't move' elbow pads most of us are used to. That said, it took me about five minutes of game time to get used to them and I didn't think about them at all after that. Very light, but incredible protection. The 'anchor strap' does exactly what it's supposed to do - lock the pad in place. Almost felt like the other two straps weren't even needed. Also, the max-sorb technology really locks your elbow into place - trust me, you'll know when it's positioned correctly - just feels perfect. The pads didn't move at all - once I locked them into place, they stayed there. If I'm this impressed after one game, I can only imagine how satisfied I'll be once they're really broken in. Highly recommended!

Pros: Easy to use, Features, fit, coverage, light-weight, durability
I absolutely love these elbow pads. They are ridiculously light considering the amount of coverage they offer. Compared to my older elbow pads, there are no gaps in coverage on my arm. The fit is great and the locking (middle) strap does exactly what it is designed to do. The velcro for all of the straps is also the most solid I've ever used. I'm about 50+ hours in with these pads and I have had no slipping up or down the arm.
A word of caution though: while the fit is great, it does feel a little different from other elbow pads I've used. The elbow fits so snugly in the elbow cap area, that it can feel a little restrictive at first. But it doesn't take long to recognize that you still have full range of motion. The feel just takes a little getting used to.
I especially like the hard cap over the forearm padding. I've taken a couple of hard shots and slashes off of that part of the padding without so much as a light bruise.
I can't recommend these enough!
