Bottom Support Broke
Cons: Quality, Difficult to use
There are 2 plastic support pieces that run from the wheels to the middle of the bag. They are only about 1" wide and riveted onto the bag. This broke on my son's bag within the warranty period. I returned and got it replaced. This time the zipper pull came loose and I could only use one zipper. Then the plastic broke again. Needs a redesign!
