I purchased this bag for my son for Christmas. I liked it because it has a separate compartment for skates and also a mouth-guard/tape pouch inside. Those were the only things good on this bag. The handles started to rip and tear a large hole in the bag. The zipper also ripped off within 90 days. Just an all-around poorly made bag. Total Hockey has great customer service. They apologized for the poor quality and had me send the bag back in for a gift-card refund. Overall I was not happy with the bag but extremely pleased with Total Hockey.

Synergy EQ40 Player Bag
Cons: Quality, tears at handles
The bag is now torn where the handles attached to the bag. This happened to the bag when it was a few months old. I have heard several times now this is a design flaw.

Ripping pronlem
Cons: Quality
The actual carrying handle tugs on the sides of the bag and rips it. I went through 2 of these and ripped both times in the same spot.
