Great!!! Value!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
Had the Easton S15 and was disappointed with the quality of the skate. They were super light but going back to Easton was a bit of a hard decision, getting $529 skates for $239 helped with that decision. Boy am I glad I did. Super stable skate and fun to skate on. Break in pain is still around and hope the tongue gets a bit looser for accelerating, but a night and day difference between the skates. Thanks Easton for a great skate that looks like it will be 1000% more durable than the S15!!!

Fantastic Skate
Pros: Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
This is my first pair of skates and holy moly are they awesome. They're light, they're durable, and they feel like they can take some serious punishment without breaking. I learned to skate in these and will begin to learn hockey next week in them. They ventilate very well, which is a huge deal to me because my feet sweat like crazy. The blade holders are the only thing that seem weak to me, but I probably have no idea what I'm talking about.
Also, they were an absolute steal at the in-store price of $300. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

great skate for weird feet
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
this skate is awesome. I had a pair of x40's and they would just kill by the end of a game.
i have a wide forefoot and i feel no discomfort at all. there is a little more room vertically in the toe area but a bought some insoles that solved the problem. also a great price at $299 right now (in store not online)

Well Done Easton. Love my EQ50!!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features, nice and stiff!
Cons: must be heat fited
I have owned Eastons in the past and have since switched to Reebok and Bauer. After my Reebok 11k skates got torn up I bought these Easton EQ50 skates, since Reebok and Bauer's prices have skyrocketed! These are by far the most impressive skates I have ever worn, after I baked them, it felt like someone took an image of my foot and made these custom to my feet! The skates are seriously over looked! I like these above my Bauer X60 and Totalone, and Reebok 11k skates. These are so comfortable to skate in. Fare warning, they are very very still so I urge these only for powerful skaters.

A Very Dissapointed Consumer
Pros: they are really heavy!!
Cons: they are way too light
First, these skates look like broken X:15's. They built these with tinfoil, elmer's glue, and some school scissors. They are as light as a couch. It feels like you are wearing shoes that are 10 sizes to small. Also, I would like to point out to the easton video productin crew and say that skates can't actually drive a car. This commercial may poison children's minds.

Super Sick!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, super comfortable, fast break in
I recently purchased a pair of s17 skates, tried skating in them for a month or so and was getting all sorts of issues with pressure points and blisters. So I decided to try out the EQ50, and let me tell you, these skates are ready to go right out of the box. I didnt bake them or anything, took them out of the box, put them on and played. it was like i have had these skates for years. I played a game the first time i wore them and had no blisters, no odd pressure points, and no complaints. Probably the most comfortable skates ive had on, period! Well done Easton.
