Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Quality
These pants fit my 5 year old perfectly. They have a good balance of protection and flexibility.
The Durability is the weak part. After just 2 practices the stitching has started to pop. Nothing a little needle point won't fix but still.
We tried 2 other pairs of pants that were cheaper and these are by far the best.

High Quality Pants
Pros: Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
These are a really good pant. He had been wearing CCM V04 pants which have some great features. After looking at the new CCMs we picked these. These pants are better in many areas. The padding is excellent. I would make the tailbone pad a little bigger, but the hard segmented plastic in the tailbone pad is very good. I would add stretch gussets to the leg zippers as there is nothing there if you unzip and a buckle infront instead of a pull strap and it would be perfect.
I think these are the best youth pants out right now of the big 4 producers. Bauers pants are the worse in terms of padding and construction to me and everyone I know who has bought them. Bad fit bad tailbone which is big with little kids. CCM/ RBK are pretty good, but Easton is just a little better all around.
