I'm 5' 9", 180 lbs, 38" chest, 66" wingspan from fingertip to fingertip. I purchased a Senior Large and it fits perfectly. This C/A features adjustable height: it reaches my waist when it's set halfway between "Low" and "Mid." It's big--my previous C/A offered much less arm protection, and my arms were constantly bruised as a result. The large arms on this cover a lot of area, which not only keeps my elbows safe, but also helps prevent shots from going in between my arms and my torso.
