Must have for office training
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Easy to use
This is great for training when not on the ice. Since most of us cannot be on the ice that often, this is the next best thing for practicing stick handling and shooting.
I use regulation pucks and my "good" sticks with out any issues. The puck slides well and feels pretty close to being on ice when shooting and stick handling.
Only regret is I wish I bought the XL. The L is good size, but a bit limited on room when stick handling.

Awesome Product
Pros: Helped improve my game, Quality, Easy to use
Great slick surface, you can use it with a regulation puck and it slides very well. Good for stick handling practice. Even though you're limited to the space on the board, I prefer it over using a stickhandling ball or Green Biscuit on pavement.
While it's good for stickhandling, it's excellent for shooting. I've improved my wristshot technique and aim, and it's durable enough to practice slapshots on as well (I'm still working on my aim with that). Another great benefit is that it protects the blade of your stick (if you're usually practicing on pavement).
