I own a pair of ZigBlaze running shoes. Normally, I would not feel compelled to write feedback, but I have had an awesome experience with the ZigTech shoes.
I have recently had knee issues due to hockey (mostly getting knocked down on my knees, or having someone fall on me while I was down) and I have a narrow foot. For a while last season I thought I might need to take a break and possibly see the doctor about my knees.
Also, I started up a pretty rigorous training regimen this past Fall. I was starting to have foot (mostly because I supinate and my old shoes had a wide toe box ... can you say calluses???) and knee issues. I think partly due to weight (which has been diminished as well).
I was in the local Reebok outlet and talking to the sales people about their shoes. I have to admit I was very skeptical and had resolved to buying some cheaper shoes. However, I started talking to a kid who ran x country and he had knee issues. ZigTechs were the only shoes he could wear.
Supposedly, the shock of impact while running is spread across the sole of the shoe as opposed to shooting up your leg.
I was still skeptical, but decided to pull the trigger and try them out. Let me just say that after 2 months of using them my knee pain has all but gone away (even after playing some pretty aggressive hockey) and I even ran about 12 miles on cement during a week of vacation in Florida. I thought for sure my knees would be killing me after that. Also, the toe box fits my narrow foot better, so no slipping and calluses are gone.
I can't promise that they are going to fix you, but when you consider the price of the competitive brands they are not bad at all. They are definitely worth a try.
