1st saw one of theses after been given a stick by Patrick Kane. Figured they were good if he used them. Now I have become reliant on them and my son uses them on all of his sticks too. So much better than tape. Best $5 spent in hockey.

Really heavy, good if weight doesn't matter

The thing was pretty easy to get on, felt like it was going to last forever, it really was very sticky, but to heavy for me. After one skate with it i cut it off because i really didn't see the trade off because the grip wasn't anything worth the extra weight.
The stick to the grip was a bigger change than from the grip to the knob. therefore it doesn't really stop you from letting go of the top.

I've used one since about december. I've really become reliant on them. I get one with every stick. It really helps the grip of your hands on the stick, as your hand gets wet from the sweat, the grip gets "tackier." Its saved the palms on all of my gloves and give the stick a better feel. theres tons of different types, along with the kane one, no knob. the easiest way to use them is with extra hold hair spray. allows the grip to stick without using the tape for removal.

Get the right feel on all your sticks with the uniform size of the grip. This thing truly holds your glove and prevents slippage of the stick in hand while you're reaching out and poke checking. I've used one for about 6 months now and my glove palms show no signs of wear from the rubbing of abrasive cloth tape. Cheap insurance for your expensive gloves!
