I love this Dynaflex Pro Gyro! I just decided to buy it on a whim when I saw it in Total Hockey, and am so glad I did. It isn't just exercising it's preparing your muscles and strengthening them while being fun at the same time! Being an ice hockey goalie I have to be quick with my hands and wrists. The Dynaflex pro gyro has helped me out with just that! I even bought one for my mom who is has developed carpal tunnel syndrome from sitting at a desk all day, 5 days a week for 30 years. She loves it. It has helped her so much that she uses it every day for maximum improvement. I love all of the dynaflex products, try them all and you'll be happy trust me!
