My 11 year old son who plays AA hockey loves these skates.
In previous years he has jumped from Bauer to Reebok then to the CCM U-12's.
He just outgrew his first pair of the U-12's skates and he wants these same skates again.

CCM U+12 Junior Review
Pros: Helped improve my game, Quality, Easy to use, Features
Cons: a little pricey
My son had a pair of CCM two pairs of skates ago and last time round bought Bauer Vapors X:30's. The Bauers took 1 1/2 mo to get used to. My son still complained constantly that they hurt his ankles, heels, etc even after he had worn them for over a year. The Vapors made a huge red bump on his heel. My son is now 8 he plays 2002 AAA hockey. We went to the local hockey store to try on various Bauers and CCMs. The CCM U+12 Junior (size 4) fit great right out of the box. He kept smiling when he first put them on because they were so much more comfortable than his Bauer Vapors. He was also smiling the first time he hit the ice with the CCM U+12's (3months ago) and he still loves these skates after at least 50+ hours on the ice. He is skating better than ever. For some reason the blades seem to stay sharper longer than the Bauer Vapors. These skates are truly great and I would recommend them to any one with a child close to my sons age.
Cons: Hindered my development, Expensive, Difficult to use
I needed a quick pair of skates and these were the only ones the TH had. I can see why. These skates aren't great. The steel was lose when I got them. Definitely never wearing anything but Bauer skates again.
