Very Different Book
Pros: Helped improve my game
I really enjoyed this book because it was a different approach than most others. The author is very honest in his shortcomings and how he improved as a player and person. The book goes through all kinds of preparation, mentally and physically, for playing intense hockey. The visualization chapter is fantastic. A lot of the other stuff I tried and didn't do much because I just love to go out and play and have a good first shift, but I think every player should read this book and take away something.
