I just bought this shaft in the 100 flex model after snapping my [seriously] old Easton Z-core. That being said, this is the lightest shaft i've ever held, but I'd probably say that about an Easton Stealth S3. It is honestly pretty light, though.
As far as gameplay, this thing is amazing. Excellent feel when shooting the puck, and way better accuracy than i had with my previous shaft. However, the previous reviewer is correct in saying just any old blade will not cut it in this shaft. I stuck a wooden blade, maybe $25, into the shaft since that's what I had laying around. Good feel, but I was definitely able to notice power bleeding away from the blade. I'm planning to buy an Easton ST blade to stick into it, which should fix the problem.
Bottom line, after the very first shot i took with this, i wanted to buy another. It really is worth every penny.

Makes an awesome Stick!

This shaft is lightweight and has an amazing feel! It tapers but then goes back to standard so you can use standard blades too! Great shaft used for the first time today with the bauer total one blade and it was better than my ops total one! Great shaft, highly reccomend it.

This is a great shaft. Very comfortable. I used to have the S15. That was a great stick as well, but one thing I really didn't like about it was that it was squarish. The edges were felt. The S19 has bevelled edges. When you shoot and pass your hands move seamlessly without the hassle of an edgy curviture on the shaft. Very light and durable. Great shaft. I have no doubt it will last for a long time.

I have used every brand of shaft, but easton always wins. I use this shaft with the S19 blade (sakic curve) The stick is softer than the 100 rating it gets but I love it. Stick gives just enough to get a good feel on your shot.

I've been a huge fan of Easton shafts sense I started playing. With the S19 I tried the 110 flex but the shaft was far to flexible for my liking. I don't feel like I can really step into a shot. Other then that its a great durable shaft.

i recently was playing with the s5 which is great for roller but not so much for ice. the flex on the s19 is 85 and thats around the flex i use. however i recently bought the s5 used it in the game and it was damaged within 10 mins of play i called easton and the warrenty was still valid. since the s5 are all gone easton sent me this s 19 this shaft is lighter and quality has improved love this model
