Once you got your gear in it is nice, but it is a bit smaller than I like. I have all the standard senior sized gear, and I find I have to do things like put my shin guards in my pants and more or less pack with some thought.
I am also a bit suspect on the longevity of the zippers as they seem a bit weak and I am afraid after some time they are going to break. I have a feeling I'll be replacing this bag within the year.
Once packed it is nice and easier to fit in the vehicle. I just find it is hard to carry any extra jerseys and socks. Also no really good spot to put things like extra laces and tape.

Compact Bag with Room

This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It has enough room to comfortly fit all the gear and gives an option to be carried like a backpack or rolled to the rink. I specifically like the design and the added helmet compartment on top. The roll handle can be hidden and zipped out of the way. The mesh front help air out the gear. I looked at a lot of bags before selecting this one. This style fits in a vehicle better than the other style and when you need to carry gear for multiole famikly members, this is a great way to get it all to fit! Plan to purchase a 2nd one for another family member.
