As each manufacturer measures their sticks in their own unique way, we created this method to help you compare your stick at home with the models that we have in our inventory. By knowing how your current stick size compares to the stick that you're looking to purchase, you can make the best purchasing decision possible. To measure your current stick, place the end of the tape measurer at the point where the top of the paddle meets the shaft of the stick on the non-blade side. Then, measure down the paddle in a straight line until the tape measurer crosses the bottom of the blade to determine the TG True paddle size. Keep in mind that this measurement may vary depending on the blade pattern, but it will help you choose the most comparable size.

Wish it would have lasted!!!
Pros: Helped improve my game, the feel, the control
Cons: life span, splintering on the inside
I loved this stick! Used it only for practices. The first shot I took with it had a harsh vibration in my hand but I got used to it after a while. I could control the puck almost better than my game stick and the weight of it made me faster with my mobility with my composite game stick. The only thing I wish they would fix is it's life span. I played with it for about a dozen practices and now it is so splintered on the inside I can't use it anymore. If only they would put that extra fiber glassing on the inside like they do on the outside, it might last longer. I give the overall rating a 2 because of the durability mostly. I didn't think it would break that fast even if it is wood. But anyway, I fell in love with the stick but it breaks way to fast.

Woodrow
Pros: Great value, good price
Cons: shouldn't use in higher levels
I play 1-2 a week as a beginner/intermediate. For the level of hockey I play in this stick works well for me. It might not work well for higher levels of play. To prevent the blade from getting heavy with water log put a little wax on it. The woodrow design does flake off easily but I purchase sticks for function/price, not eye appeal. Rebounds do not "bounce" off the stick as they do with composites. I have several red post marks on the handle from tapping the post and have no negative effects from it. Have yet to experience any chips or splintering in the stick. I would recommend this $70 stick for it's price and function.

Great Stick
Pros: Great value, Easy to use
Cons: bottom heavy
This stick is perfect to be a cheap back up stick. The stick looks great, and stands up to puck damage faily well. Dont fall in love with the woodrow grafic it flakes off after regular use. The wood paddle will get dents and dings on the edges, but I have yet to have any major splitering. The only week spot is the heel. The Kevlar heel strip reinforcement doesnt work to well. After awhile the wood heel began to flaten and splt. Though it was still useable it was a minor pain to tape. I used JB weld on the heel and havent had issues since. The stick will become very bottom heavy once taped. The Flex is great, but as with all wood sticks over time it gets a real soft feel. Puck vibrations are a little harsh, but pucks will drop dead at your feet.
All in all it is a great stick to have as a backup. The woodrow has outlived my X:50, Messiah, Rbk X10, Swagger, and a Sherwood PM9.
