Until I started wearing Reebok pump skates I had to purchase countless sets of Bunga pads and gel sleeves to avoid rubbing my ankles raw in Bauer and Mission skates. Enter the Pump! I started with the 9K but ended up buying two successive pair of the 7K - I prefer the boot of the 7K and I like the white trim.
My only complaint is that the lace eyelets fall out after about 18 months of year-round use. I get them replaced at a local shoe repair store. The pump has never failed and the fit is excellent from the first skate to the last.
