Best Skates I've Ever Had!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
I have nothing bad to say about these skates. Very easy to break in, no bake required. I love the deep stance I can get with these, and the comfort level is incredible. The narrow blade is a little bit difficult to get used to, but once you do the payoff is awesome; your skating mobility is great with no cost in lateral movement. I highly recommend these skates, well worth the price!

Big step up!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality
Cons: Expensive
These replaced my Graf 750 goalie skates. I had them baked at purchase, the heel locks in tightly and the boot is very stiff and supportive. Plently of lateral support while still having good fore and aft flexibility when in moving in the crease. The improved attack angle is instantly noticeable and caught me off gaurd when the blade bit the ice so early the first time but has made getting across the crease easier and significantly more controlable improving my game. Light weight, agile, supportive and comfortable, I play 4 to 5 times a week and the first time on the ice with these was a 2 hour practice without any rubbing or pinching. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a high performance goalie skate.

Love These!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Quality, Easy to use, Features
Cons: Expensive
I just bought these skates today, an hour before I had my first game of the season. I hit the ice and I could already tell the height difference, they are a little bit higher then my old pair of CCMs. I bought these skates mainly because I have a wider foot and these have tons of room for wide feet. They felt like they were already broken in the first time i wore them. You are a little unstable at first because they have a lot of room for ankle movement, but once you use them for a practice you are golden. The padded bottom of the skate is so comfortable as well. These skates are a bit heavier then my older pair of skates but you can barely tell, most of the weight is in the front of the skate. Very minimal rubbing for brand new skates, i have one blister on my left foot just to the back side of my ankle towards my heel and thats mainly because i wear very low ankle socks, my other foot had no problems at all. I love these skates already and really recommend them to anyone, they are a lot easier to move around in and helped my angles and movement a lot more. Might I add i took 5 pucks to my skate during warm up and it didn't hurt, I barely felt a thing! Couldn't ask for a better purchase.

Phenom
Pros: Helped improve my game, Features, stiff boot
Cons: Expensive
Right out of the box these skates felt good but after a good bake they felt great. They're very light and very stiff. I noticed right away that I was gliding farther with less effort skating forward and in the butterfly. I've taken a few hits off the front of the cowling and my toes weren't in pain afterward. The steel is kind of a pain to get off and back on, there isn't much room to maneuver inside the front of the cowling. There isn't much forward lean on them, what is there is supposed to make it feel like a more natural stance, rather than always being on your heels. There is a bit of a rocker but its very subtle. If you can afford them, get them. You won't regret it.
I don't really know what DanAM was talking about angling the blade 28 degrees. Bauer didn't angle anything. They redesigned the cowling to allow a greater angle of attack to get lower before bottoming out and to get edge faster while you're in the butterfly.

Terrific Skates
Pros: Helped improve my game, Features
Cons: Expensive
Overall I say good b/c I've only had them for a month. I don't see how anyone could rate them higher at this point. Same goes for durability - how can you say they're extremely durable after a month? Anyway the design is excellent. You really can get a lot more power out of your pushes because you simply will not slip out on these skates. Coming from Bauer 7000's, it's like trading up to Formula 1 tires. I'm also surprised by the weight - they're wicked light. Obviously the price is really hefty, but you figure these skates *should* last you for many years so prorated it's not so bad.
You'll need some time to get used to the forward lean of the skates, but after a while you'll appreciate it.
I definitely recommend for those who can afford it. It's not just another name for a skate that's minimally changed. There's significant advances in technology here that translate directly to your play.

I don't know how they JUST thought to angle the blade of the skate 28 degrees to help goalies plant their feet while in a wide stance, but at least they thought of it first.
All goalies are butterfly goalies these days, there are just different variations. That being said, ALL goalies should notice their performance enhanced while wearing these skates because of the angled blade.
And they're comfortable, durable, very protective and in my opinion are the best goalie skates on that market without question.
