Exactly What I Needed

I went from a CCM 02 series to these and I cannot be happier. These have so much protection all around I have nothing but confidence about skating fast and not caring if I fall and hit the boards. Spine protection is there and all around the hips but the thighs is great as well. Say goodbye to suspenders as well because these lock-in perfect around the waist. I'm about a 33 waist size so I recommend the medium, its a good tight fit, I had a large on my CCMs and they were too big,
My CCMs were extremely light which was great but they also offered no protection really, it was like cardboard. I also didn't really need it because the league I'm in but you never know, even with rat hockey. The X:40s aren't that much heavier honestly, I didn't even notice it during game play. Play with protective equipment that doesn't sacrifice game play, and that's why I went with these.

these pants afford good protection, price, breathability, and performance. however, if you play at a higher level/higher speed, you may want to opt for better hip and rear protection. i landed hard on my hip once and was pushed into the post since purchase. i must say i did not bruise, but i definitely felt it for several days. i was ultimately protected though, and did not miss any playing time.

Awesome breezers
Pros: Great value, Quality, Features, protection
I have had these breezers now for about 2 weeks and have played 4 games in them. They are very comfortable and give excellent protection. They seem very durable and have good breathability. would highly recommend them.
