They pinch

They are very protective and they are the right size and weight, but they pinch when you bend your arm at all. I tried taking the middle strap off, but it doesn't make it any better.

If you are looking for a pair of decent elbows, these are for you. They will provide pretty good protection, and they are a good price point. However, you get what you pay for. I have had these for about a year and half, and after a few months, the fabric on the forearm started ripping out. Thankfully, it is still working, but I feel like these should have held out a little longer. I find that I also have to tape these around the middle strap so that the pads stay in place. In hindsight, I probably would have spent the money and gone with the X-40 elbows. If you don't play often or you are on a budget, these are for you. But if you want more durability, I would say spend the extra money. Like I said, you get what you pay for.
