There are many pros and cons about this item. First off, the pros in my opinion are the clarino boot flap. This helps a lot when your going for a butterfly slide. I had the P3's and there was not the clarino on the boot flap so snow collected on it and it just was not very good. Also the top of the pad is nicely squared up for a good five-hole seal. Next the cons include, the leather at the base of the pad deteriorates quickly. I've had these for 7 months and there are already holes. Overall the whole pad wears down quickly. Next time i think i will go with vaughn.
