Shoulder & Arm Protection
Pros: Great value
Pads are ideal lightweight shoulder and arm protection. I'm 5'9"/190 lbs. and the large size fit perfectly. These pads won't offer significant protection when taking shots to the chest. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to avoid the bulk and weight of most shoulder pads.

Mens League Savior
Pros: Great value, Easy to use, light, comfortable
Cons: protection
These shoulder pads are a must in NON CONTACT mens league. They are light and very comfortable. If you play in a rough mens league, I would advise against these. The shoulder pads offers protection, but not at a high level. I have had mine for over 5 years (Sherwood Traditional) and they are still going strong.

Good till someone actually hits you
These pads are comfortable and light. All was good until I went to the net in a drop in game this afternoon and got a slapshot in the chest. The puck hit just under the bottom edge of the front of the pads. I am still hurting several ours later and sport a huge bruise. I am now considering going back to pads with a bit more protection on the front.

Excellent for those looking for minimalist protect
Pros: Great value, Easy to use
Bought for mens league....wanted something for a little protection of upper arms and shoulders, but very, very lightweight. These fit the bill! Recommend for recreational / non-check mens league

Simple but great Shoulder Pads
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
I bought these shoulder pads because they weren't bulky and they were lightwieght. Playing in a mens league I don't need to much protection for this league but still like to have a little bit on. With that being said I love the fit of them. I have had some shoulder pads that were just uncomforatble and bulky and made it harder to stick handle and obstructed shooting ability. these shoulder pads are great stick handling and shooting. But as the other reviews state if you are looking for protection, i would choose a different shoulder pad.

Good For Experienced Players
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality
Cons: lacks protection
These shoulder pads are perfect for advanced players who are used to giving and receiving hits, this products provides comfort, durability, and performance, however it lacks protection all around. Great Products, if your willing to trade protection for performance.

Good shoulders for rec league / light contact. I wear them just for the shoulder caps. I would'nt block a shot with them.

Nice for Men's League
Pros: Great value, Easy to use
These shoulder pads are perfect for anyone playing in a "no-check" Men's league. They're light and durable so the padding doesn't get in the way when shooting.

Great Shoulder Pads
Pros: Great value
Cons: Quality
Extremely light for both transporting in a bag and putting on your shoulders. Runs a tad snug but you get used to it. Not a bad product for the price. Thankfully, I haven't had to depend on them to protect me. As a defenseman though, I'm licking my chops to collide with a weak skater.
