Pros: Quality, great protection
The Bauer Goalie Cup provides excellent all around protection. It provides good protection of the pelvic bones on the hip. Easy to use and does not interfere with performance.

Good for cheap goalies
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Easy to use
Cons: no double cup design
I love the design. I with it had the double cup protection like most jocks do but the price is definitely worth it. It does not effect with my hybrid playing style either but I can't say how the protection is because I have not been hit there yet.
