Upgrading from a roller hockey helmet this is a good improvment but it is not the best helmet. It offers really good protection and seeing through the bars is easy but I do not find the helmet comftorable. I feel the helmet is just a little bit large and heavy. But it does come with a free bag which has a pocket where I store my tape.

Excellent Entry / Low Level Helmet
Pros: Great value, Easy to use, comfort
Great helmet for inline / mens league ice. Very light, visibility very good for straight bars - back plate very comfortable. I play twice a week (ice and roller) and this does the job perfectly! Bonus - only helmet in this price range that comes with a bag.
