Felt like standing on a ledge
Pros: Quality
Cons: Hindered my development, Expensive, Difficult to use, hurt feet
Bought these back when I was breaking in my old Reebok skates to alleviate some foot pain. These just made it worse. The whole time it felt like I was standing on a circular bar in the middle of my foot and my balance was way off because of that. Because of compensating for the pain and balance, these hindered my skating. I gave them a week and a half to see if it was just me being hypersensitive or something, but it never got any better. I wouldn't recommend these for people with low arches.

Fixed one issue, but created another.
Pros: Easy to use
Was having an issue with my Bauer One60 Goalie skates where they always felt loose on my feet. I inserted these into the skate and noticed a few items:
1) the size 9-10 is actually a 9.5 size. Their is room to trim the footbed down to fit your skate, but when your skate size is a size 10, they are already 0.5" too short.
2) the initial wear/use, they actually hurt my feet. The curve in the footbed is so steep/large that they actually hurt the bottom of my feet. The longer I wore them the less this was an issue, either because I got use to the steeper curve or I started breaking in the footbed's. Perhaps a combination of both. During the 2nd usage they did feel more comfortable and solved my skate looseness issue.
3) now my ankles hurt as a result. Related?
My personal experience was 50/50, but I would recommend them to someone to give a try.

great call
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features, firm energy transfer
The Graf footbeds are superior to anything on the market today. I tried the Superfeet as they have the 90 day return policy and glad I started with them to finish with Graf. I can honestly say that these beds offer just enough support but most importantly, they cup your heel unlike the others. These footbeds have finally made a pair of skates for a flat footed guy the most comfortable that I've ever owned in 20+ years!

Not sure if I'm convinced
Pros: Quality, Easy to use
Cons: Expensive, was uncomfortable for my foot.
All I see id raving reviews. After I bought them I took out my reebok 9k beds and put these in. And I think I like the original beds better. Looking at them I can tell they are made well sturdy and supportive. But when i wear them I get numbness and pain. Maybe it was because they were new skate? Maybe when the stock beds deteriorate I will put the graf beds in. Whats frustrating was in the store I tried them and they felt like clouds surrounding my feat. And had great support. So Who knows they could be awesome for you, they just so far are not for me.

Give a little life to my old skates
Pros: Quality, Easy to use
I've been thinking about replacing my old Easton skates but I just can't justify spending the cash right now so I thought new foot beds might help. Based on the reviews I went with the Grafs and it was the right decission. My skates are definatley more comfortable and the arch is higher than the original foot beds which I like. Just take your time cutting them to size. With the Graf footbeds I should get an extra season or two out of my skates.

Awesome
Pros: Helped improve my game, Quality, Easy to use
I have been skating on the same pair of graf skates for the last 5 years and it was time for new insoles. I was pleasantly surprised after playing with these in. It was night and day. The support in the back of the foot was amazing. They were well worth the investment!

Eased the pain
Pros: Helped improve my game, Great value, Quality, Easy to use, Features
My left foot is somewhat oddly-shaped (flat/square) and, having started playing with an ill-fitting pair of used skates, I developed a painful bone spur. Even after purchasing new, better-fitting skates, I still had a lot of pain. One of the things my doctor suggested was trying different insoles. Though I've also had cortisone shots and now tape a gel pad to the side of my foot, I believe these Graf footbeds are the biggest reason my pain has gone away. They mold to the shape of your foot and provide much better support and stability. All I had to do was trim them to size. They make the footbeds that came with my Easton EQ3 skates seem like thin strips of cardboard. Well worth the money!

Amazing Footbeds!
Pros: Helped improve my game, Quality, Easy to use
After I bought my skates(Bauer Vapor X:40s) I was experiencing a lot of pain because their is hardly any arch support in vapor skates. Trying to reduce the pain and increase the fit and stability of my skates, these graf footbeds were recomended to me at total hockey. The difference was amazing. Compared to the original footbeds and the shock doctor ones I tried before these, there is absolutely no comparison. These footbeds don't just at padding to make it more comfortable, but actully fit to your foot perfectly and support your arch. These footbeds have increased my skating strength, agility, and support.
